It is usually associated with predisposing factors such as previous trauma or surgery. We report a case of subconjunctival abscess in a 61-year-old woman with no known risk factors. The subconjunctival abscess resolved completely after surgical excision and treatment with topical ciprofloxacin. The final vision preserved 20/20. ------>tmu_sno=None ------>sno=12736 ------>authors2=Yeong-Fong Chen ------>authors3=Yih-Shiou Hwang ------>authors4=Wei-Cherng Hsu ------>authors5=Ching-Hsi Hsiao ------>authors6= ------>authors6_c=None ------>authors=Kai-Shiang Yang ------>delete_flag=0 ------>SCI_JNo=None ------>authors2_c=None ------>publish_area=0 ------>updateTitle=Idiopathic subconjunctival abscess. ------>language=2 ------>check_flag=None ------>submit_date=None ------>country=None ------>no=27 ------>patent_SDate=None ------>update_bywho=None ------>publish_year=2004 ------>submit_flag=None ------>publish_month=1 |
