DESIGN: Case report. SETTING: University of Toronto-affiliated infertility clinic. PATIENT(S): A 35-year-old female with a 2-year history of secondary infertility. INTERVENTION(S): Intracytoplasmic sperm injection and embryo transfer. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE(S): Clinical pregnancy. RESULT(S): Quintuplet implantation with five fetal hearts.
