This IFA kit was determined to have 95.9 to 100% sensitivity and 95.8 to 97.2% specificity. It also proved to be beneficial in reducing the number of enteroviruses that are untypeable in the clinical virology laboratory. ------>tmu_sno=None ------>sno=16635 ------>authors2=Li YS ------>authors3=Huang CW ------>authors4=Hsu CC ------>authors5=Wu HS ------>authors6=Tseng TC, Yang CF ------>authors6_c= ------>authors=Lin TL ------>delete_flag=0 ------>SCI_JNo=None ------>authors2_c= ------>publish_area=0 ------>updateTitle=Rapid and highly sensitive coxsackievirus a indirect immunofluorescence assay typing kit for enterovirus serotyping. ------>language=2 ------>check_flag=None ------>submit_date=None ------>country=None ------>no=12 ------>patent_SDate=None ------>update_bywho=None ------>publish_year=2007 ------>submit_flag=None ------>publish_month=12 |
