------>fullAbstract=Juvenile granulosa cell tumor (JGCT) of the testis is a rare tumor and typically occurs in the testis of children aged 4 years or younger. This report describes a case of a 27-year-old man who presented with a JGCT in his right testis. Orchiectomy was performed. No recurrence was noted during an 8-year follow-up. This is the first reported case of JGCT occurring in adult testis. The benign behavior of testicular JGCT mandates that it should be distinguished from other, much more aggressive neoplasms it resembles.
