The 4-amino and 4-hydroxy-1-aroylindoles 26 and 27 with IC 50 of 0.9 and 0.6 microM, respectively, exhibited antitubulin activity superior or comparable to that of colchicine and combretastatin A-4. They also showed antiproliferative activity with IC 50 of 0.3-5.4 nM in a set of human cancer cell lines. ------>tmu_sno=None ------>sno=19143 ------>authors2=Wu ZY ------>authors3=Kuo CC ------>authors4=Chang CY ------>authors5=Lu PY ------>authors6=Chen CM, Hsieh HP, Chang JY ------>authors6_c=???, ???, ??? ------>authors=Liou JP ------>delete_flag=0 ------>SCI_JNo=None ------>authors2_c=??? ------>publish_area=0 ------>updateTitle=Discovery of 4-amino and 4-hydroxy-1-aroylindoles as potent tubulin polymerization inhibitors. ------>language=2 ------>check_flag=None ------>submit_date=None ------>country=None ------>no= ------>patent_SDate=None ------>update_bywho=None ------>publish_year=2008 ------>submit_flag=None ------>publish_month=6 |
