Most patients with SIH have a benign course. Epidural blood patch (EBP) is the treatment of choice when initial conservative managements are ineffective. We reported a patient with SIH diagnosed by using magnetic resonance imaging and radionuclide cisternography. Acute rebound intracranial hypertension developed after EBP and was successfully treated with intravenous osmotic agent. ------>tmu_sno=None ------>sno=20930 ------>authors2=Wu SL ------>authors3=Kuo HC ------>authors4=Chen CJ ------>authors5= ------>authors6= ------>authors6_c= ------>authors=Tsui HW ------>delete_flag=0 ------>SCI_JNo=None ------>authors2_c= ------>publish_area=0 ------>updateTitle=Rebound intracranial hypertension after treatment of spontaneous intracranial hypotension. ------>language=2 ------>check_flag=None ------>submit_date=None ------>country=None ------>no=7 ------>patent_SDate=None ------>update_bywho=None ------>publish_year=2006 ------>submit_flag=None ------>publish_month=7 |
