The locations of reported stress fractures occurring in the upper extremities are mainly in the ulna and olecranon. We report on two cases of mid-ulnar stress fractures in a team of honor guards following rifle drill training from excessive weight lifting, repetitive pronation of the forearm, and a sudden increase in the training load. According to the report, some readjustment must be made in the training protocol for military recruits.
