The prevalence, unique distribution, potential complications, associated conditions, aetiology and treatment options of this condition are discussed in this case report. This paper also comments on the potential of genetic studies on the defects affecting tooth number. CLINICAL RELEVANCE: This paper describes the considerations dental practitioners have to take when they encounter a case of multiple supernumerary teeth.
