Two patients with unilateral absence of a pulmonary artery first diagnosed as adults are reported. Our two cases demonstrate that presentation of UAPA may range from an incidental finding to chronic, life-threatening symptoms. Because UAPA may require urgent intervention, physicians should be alerted to the possibility of this entity presenting later in life. ------>tmu_sno=None ------>sno=8772 ------>authors2=Su CT ------>authors3=Chen JH ------>authors4=Chen JJ ------>authors5=Lien WP ------>authors6= ------>authors6_c=None ------>authors=Cheng JJ ------>delete_flag=0 ------>SCI_JNo=None ------>authors2_c=None ------>publish_area=None ------>updateTitle=Congenital unilateral absence of a pulmonary artery: a report of two adult cases. ------>language=2 ------>check_flag=None ------>submit_date=None ------>country=None ------>no= ------>patent_SDate=None ------>update_bywho=None ------>publish_year=1988 ------>submit_flag=None ------>publish_month=None |
